Chicken
3 boneless chicken breasts
10 slices of bacon
1 pkg pepperjack cheese slices or shredded
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sour cream
1 bag of steamable cauliflower
Chicken Seasoning to taste(Can use anything to season your chicken)
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat up your cast iron , Preheat oven to 400°
1. Cube up your chicken breasts and throw some seasoning of choice on them and mix em around with your hand, let sit while you cook your bacon.
2. After your bacon is done throw the chicken cubes in the same skillet after you save the bacon grease in your Mason jar for future cooking.
3. While your chicken is frying combine heavy cream , sour cream , more of your chicken seasoning , salt and pepper to taste. Whisk it up. Steam your cauliflower . Cut up your bacon.
4) When chicken is browned up , lay cheese over chicken, layer cauliflower over cheese, more pepperjack cheese on cauliflower, pour cream mixture over all.
5) Bake for 15 mins , top with cut up bacon throw it back in for a few mins, take out and let rest for 10 or 15 mins and enjoy !!!
